Thanks for the tip interestingly enough after years of writing appeals to

get more coverage for OT my insurance just decided to retroactively pay at

the full rate for OT and I just got an influx of checks from them. I guess

it was that persistence that paid off too.

I will certainly keep appealing the phone consults.
