Re: Negativity Bias I was also thinking along these line frome time but little different Both helpful and unhelpful thought occur to all type of people.but the different is sucessful people are more biased toward helpful tought and hence take action.whereas we see more of the negative thought and do not take action and accordingly we put ourself on the spiral path. Before ACT it was more like there is something is wrong withME. Now it is morelike i notice those negative thought and create a distance. The problem is i am having the same set of thought(whether in defused or in fused state) How come i see new possiability in life with the same set of thought. Or how do i generate new possiability in life Some time i think it is mind trap and some time i think it is geniune obstacle to overcome. Any thought ?
