Guest guest
I am just noticing today how important keeping things in perspective is for me. I am also so grateful for the many voices here and on the professional list.I stumbled upon a thread over there on the professional list about EST (Erhard Seminar Training) which is now called "Landmark" that happened last year and I missed it.I read different people's experience with this.I then noticed I was breathing better. I then re-read the thread. And the missing something was others' points of view. And recognizing we all have different sensitivities and tolerances.Like how thought the pressure was not really apparent, no big deal any adult could handle it and how Luoma and others had a different experience. We all have such different experiences. We need to remember we come from a different place where some things will be noticed, other things not.I will try to carry this forward here and everywhere in my life, this compassionate wide view. But I need your help. I need everyone's take.kind regards, terry
