Hello All

I'm doing ACT on my own at the moment (by reading The Happiness Trap) so I hope

you don't mind me firing questions to the group.

After cultivating observation for a while, I now seem to be aware of everything

that's going on in my head, and it's been a bit of an awakening really.

The more aware I am, the more bombarded by thoughts and feelings I become. My

'thinking mind' is having an absolute field day at the moment. Anything and

everything that could possibly upset me is up there. Today has been wall to wall

fear.

I just wondered if this were normal. I'm fielding things well enough at the

moment, but it's incessant!

I suffer from GAD quite badly, do I have a feeling that may be it.

Anyway, if anyone can throw any light on this I'd be extremely grateful.
