It does sting a little at 100% but it doesn't bother me enough to dilute it. HOWEVER, I was trying to find out how many mg of Mag one gets per spray. I know you cannot get a precise measure but a ballpark one would be nice. As I was trying to find this out I saw a post regarding Swanson's Mag Oil containing mercury. I find this very disturbing. There are some supposedly that do not contain it and I guess they are more expensive. Have any of you heard this before? I am going to call Swansons.
