Guest guest
Hi Kajay, My EPO is only 50mg (from Metabolic Maintenance), and I take one with breakfast. Maybe if I increased it I'd feel better! I'll have to look at the NOW website and compare. Thanks for the info! I was at a meeting this morning where I know the room has a mold problem. By the time I was ready to leave I was coughing, and now I have a headache. I took some extra vitamin C when I got home, so hopefully that will help. I seem to remember reading that the EPO can be blocked by some cardio meds. Plus it is not expensive. I have taken goldenseal orally and had to stop. I also have a problem with all bee products! But this sounds like an excellent salve for most people ... > Khaya > > - >
