Hi Kajay,

My EPO is only 50mg (from Metabolic Maintenance), and I take one with breakfast.

Maybe if I increased it I'd feel better! I'll have to look at the NOW website

and compare. Thanks for the info!

I was at a meeting this morning where I know the room has a mold problem. By

the time I was ready to leave I was coughing, and now I have a headache. I took

some extra vitamin C when I got home, so hopefully that will help.

enormously when I cut out sugar, but they're not gone. I have taken goldenseal

orally and had to stop. I also have a problem with all bee products! But this

sounds like an excellent salve for most people ...
