Emotions are not the problem. It is your response to emotions that is. Once you learn some coping tools you'll be fine. I would also recommend reading The Road Less Traveled by M. Guest guest
You'll also find that the emotions are much less overwhelming when you're eating properly, avoiding things like sugar and MSG, and taking all the appropriate supplements. Guest guest
Hi How did you find out you had these food Allergies? I asked my doctor if i could have a blood test to see if i was allergic to certain foods... well... she just gave me this funny look and asked why? so i told her for depression...well her face was a laugh... she said no we dont do that... So i am wondering if there is another way i could find out about food allergies. Hugs Re: hi Hi , You answered your own question. The feelings don't come back overnight. It has still been a shock as they've come back, but it comes in waves and I've been able to cope with it. I believe the fish oil and calcium has been my rock. There haven't been any uncontrollable crying jags or rage. Just a little more sadness and joy. In my case, it turns out that all the out of control emotions which landed me on drugs were caused by a diet of sugar, white flour, soda, barely any protein and no vegetables. I love finding out that all of those things are within my control. Through making better choices I never have to be at the mercy of the doctors and drugs again. Hugs, Yahoo! Autos. Guest guest
It was recommended to me that I seek Cognitive Behavioral Therapy also but I can't find any therapist in my area that specifically denotes this type of therapy. Any suggestions how I can find someone. I live in the Orlando, Florida area. My insurance company was of no use... Djaren julia wrote: Hi . Guest guest
Hi Oh dear.. i must have misread or misinturpreted what you wrote... sorry about that... Yes i understand what you are saying about the foods you are avoiding... I must admit i do try and avoid sugar it is in the evenings that i crave it...It is funny as once my mom told me i became a different person after eating chocolate... aggresive angry depressed... I of course did not believe her as chocolate is my favorite... but i do believe she is right... as since i have been avoiding sweets... she has not noticed it... It is amazing to see how food affects one's moods etc... I never realized it before... That is why i am so grateful to have found you all hugs Hi Hi , I'm not allergic to any foods. Sugar, white flour, and processed chemical-laden food of any kind is just plain bad. It has no nutritional value, it robs the body of vitamins and minerals and it devastates blood sugar levels. Unbalanced blood sugar causes mood swings, crying, depression, hopelessness, fatigue, rage, crankiness, the feeling of being a victim, and more. On top of it, the sugar perverts our taste buds so that we don't want protein and vegetables. This cycle makes us go even deeper into poor nutrition. You don't need to worry about food allergies. Just eat healthy, whole, unprocessed food with lots of protein and vegetables. This is what the body needs to recover. Take care, What are the most popular cars? Find out at Yahoo! Guest guest
Hi ... Thanks for your mail... Yes indeed... i was mistaken.. sorry about that...the food allergy episode...blush I will send you my 4 day food diary...which will be on Friday... hugs Hi I am , 39 years old.. been living in Holland for the past 10 years, 6 years ago i was diagnosed with Borderline... i was given Prozac which did not work, Cipramil, which did not work and then finally zoloft 100mg. I have been taking it now for 3 years along with oxazepam 10mg 3 times a day and Loramet 1 mg . I have tried to stop taking zoloft before and it was hell with a capital H... BUT now i thought i would take vitamin suppliments to help me taper off with the least withdrawel symptoms. Last week i took a quarter off my zoloft and was taking the vitamins and all seemed to be going well until today... the suppliments i am taking are... Fishoil 1000mg Flaxseed oil 800mg Evening primrose oil 1600mg, vit B1,B2,B3,B5,B6,B7 75 mg , B11 400mcg and 75mcg B12. I also take Ginko 200mg, and Valarian 300mg And Rhodiola rosea.. Last week i really thought i was going to make it.. but today i feel bloated, tired, i think i have the flu, i am aching all over, feel dizzy nauseaus.. i even vomited.. i cannot sleep properly and cannot eat properly... I basically want to get off this zoloft as i have terrible tinnitus and was told it was caused by the zoloft... I am trying my best to follow a healthy diet lots of green leaf veg , fish, chicken, turkey , salads, fruit... i have a dog and go for walks unfortunately the sun is not shining .... I have been in bed the whole day totally out of it... Is this normal? Am i taking too much healthy pills? what should i do... regards Re: hi > > > > > > Hi , > > > > You answered your own question.
