OT: Shortness of breath from herx

the breathing into a paper bag which helps a bit. Haveconsidered getting an inhaler but may have a hard time "going through thehoops" with her MD (not her LLMD)... Also has a cough, among other herxsymptoms. Some of the herxing has gotten better, but some is just hangingon...
