I would only try 15 seconds or less the first time."Whether it be good or bad, I hope I will always take responsibility for my life."

Hi,

I'm going to do my very first session on my "Doug" Coil rife machine & was wondering what a safe time might be. I'm going to use 613Hz. I have Lyme & BLO diseases.

Any suggestions would be helpful. I was thinking of starting w/about 30 seconds, but don't want to over-do things...

Thanks very much!!

I only would do 5 seconds and see how that goes. I know some who have had

problems with only 15 seconds. It really depends on how sensitive you are. I

tend to herx easily so I would only use 5 seconds... Blessings, Meo

Hi ,

I began at 5 seonds and had severe herx with it however it took me outof paralysis. I had to stay on 5 sec for one year then I increased to 6 sedonds for 3 month then i could go to 7 seonds 3 month later . then I have been able to increase a little bit faster . 2 years later I am at 13 sec increasing one seconds each week. If I were you I would began by 5 sec then double the time each time if no herx if severe herx wai tuntil it is mostly gon eand stay on it detoxing intensively to help the body with what ever works for you for me it is colema colonics and coffee aenema .

if a moderate ehrx then increasing as much as you can i tis a trail error thing everyone is diffrent some do not even have a herx and get better like this they are very rare thought. but caution is the key as a severes herx can damage our organs .

Kindly marie

I herxed on 3 sec's took me weeks to get up to 10 sec's on Lyme freq. I would hit the Lyme first 432 and get that load down before going onto other freq's.
