I have started using the mg oil and I really feel it has helped my mood so far more than anything. It does sting a little at 100% but it

doesn't bother me enough to dilute it. HOWEVER, I was trying to find out how many mg of Mag one gets per spray. I know you cannot get a precise measure but a ballpark one would be nice. As I was trying to find this out I saw a

Ok, I heard back from Swansons and here is what they said.

"Thank you for contacting Swanson Health Products! We are happy to help you! In response to your inquiry, please be assured that our Magnesium oil as well as all of our products are tested for impurities and contaminates, to ensure that only the purest products are sold.

As for the mg, please accept our apologies as this information is not specified in our product. As the milligram amount may vary from spray to spray, we do not have a specific milligram amount available. This product isnot intended to be used for internal absorption through the skin, but rather as an external moisturizer. If the product is used as a moisturizer, the milligram amount is not listed."

I would still really like to know the rough mg/spray. Seems like an important number considering this is a product highly recommended on this forum (getting up to 120 sprays for the purposes of internal absorption through the skin) and we don't really know if we are absorbing (again roughly) 2000mg or 400mg. We are using this as an alternative to oral Mg to avoid deficiencies in Mg, this being the case this number is critical.

Again, just my thoughts. Perhaps noone else cares. Or maybe someone knows but is not responding.
