Subject: First appt with Dr. G: where to stay/flight

Happy New year to you all.

I am bringing my son to Dr. G for the first time on Jan 25th. We are flying

from Philly to LAX. I have 2 questions:

1..any thoughts on something I can do for him that will keep him calm? Have

any of you used the homeopathic remedy " rescue? " I have not, but have heard

it's really calming and I need that as I can't imagine a one hour flight

with him, let alone 5 hours. He can just about handle 15 minutes in the car

before he freaks out and melts down and starts saying his " eyes " (head/)

constantly; something we've been working on for a while. I only know that

one idea may be Benadryl. Any other ideas, please shareJ

2..hotels, where to stay? I called the office again and they don't recommend

any places; they don't give a list. I was pretty surprised, but they did

tell me to look in the surrounding towns, but not to stay in Tarzana itself.

Any hotel suggestions?

Thanks so much

Kathi

Thank you everyone for all of your suggestions; I really appreciate it and am

searching them all!

Thanks Caroline for reminding me about taping the session; great idea!

Happy New Year!

Hi Kathy, We just got our lab drawn last week and sent in all our paper work

for an appt.

My prayers are that you and your son have a smooth trip with the answers your

are looking for.

My best, Leann
