Suzi,

I am new to the group and have wanted to inquire about the Super Tonic...

now I don't have to. Thank for your the posting. I have deleted the

previous e-mail but I think this is what it was called.

But my question is now related to echinacea. I thought it was not to be

taken on a regular basis because it then rendered the herb ineffective to

assist the immune system when most needed. So to be clear: for

maintenance echinacea can be taken for 1 - 3 weeks, stopped for a week,

then continued for only several weeks. At that time it is to be

discontinued. Am I understanding this correctly?

" Echinacea in tincture form is taken internally for benefit - such as our

Echinacea Extra. Therapeutic dosage using Echinacea tincture: 2 to 4

dropperfulls per hour to address acute and chronic diseases. To get

results in severe cases, you must use echinacea roots and fresh raw

garlic, in large quantities!

Minor dose for maintenance: 2 to 4 dropperfuls 3 times daily for 1 - 3

weeks. Then lay off for a weak and resume dosing for several weeks. "

Hi Janice,

I'm not Suzi but I can answer this for you. But first let me welcome you

to the group. Glad your here and we truly hope you enjoy your stay with

us. Now for your question. You should only take echinacea for up to 3

weeks and then you should take a week off. Then back on for 3 weeks and

off a week and on for 3 and off for 1. This is a cycle. However, one

shouldn't need to do this unless one is battling an illness. Otherwise,

best to only use it if you need it. Then follow the cycle of 3 weeks on

and 1 week off. I hope this helps answer your question.

Peace be with you Janice and again welcome to the group.
