What is the Immunovir Dosage for a Child ?

Good afternoon, all,

I am scheduled to see Dr. Goldberg.

1. Is the 500mg an adult dosage or a child's dosage? My son Lance only weighs

40lbs.

2. Is the dosage based on weight?

3. Also is there a Immunovir Pulsing Dosage?

I was provided the following dosage:

The Imunovir doseage is as follows ( each tablet is 500 mgs)

Week one: 2 tablets 3 times/day (total 6/day) Mon thru Fri and none on

week-end

Week two : 1 tablet 2 times per day ( total 2/day)Mon thru Fri and none on

weekend

Week three: repat week one

Week Four: repeat week two

Continue with rotation for 12 weeks and then take a month off.
