Hey all

Getting ready to carve our pumpkin. What to do with pumpkin seeds??I want to do something (eat ) the pumpkin seeds. What can I do with them??

I was thinking rinsing them, tossing them in oil, salt and pepper and dehydrating versus toassting them or baking themn??Will this work??

Anyone else have any suggestions on how to spice them?

Probably not as healthy as Suzi's way, but my family always tossed

them with worcestershire sauce, butter and garlic. :)

then stuck them in an oven at a low temp for a bit. (basically

toastin gthem)

mm, now I want some!! :)
