Guest guest
It took two weeks for me to feel the relief (positive results) of Lexapro. I was told the medacation has to build in your system before you feel the results. Once it did, anxiety disappeared and I was able to walk down a hall without going into tunnel vision. Eye contact was less stressful because I wasn't as nervous about talking with people. I'm not ASD, just easily overstimulated. I tried it with my son who is ASD and he threw up on the bus on the way to school. We scrapped it at the time because there was already so much going on, we didn't really have time to work through the side effects. I think I would like to give it another try with him, so if there is anyone who can comment on Lexapro and ASD, I'd love to hear more. Jen > > > > My son is on his 2nd day of celexa. His school teacher said he had the best day ever. Was very happy and loving. Have others seen great mood behavior and happiness from celexa and this quickly? > > > > > > >
