> hi we are looking to start our viral protocol (again) round 3, we've got ole

and monolaurin and it says to take them both with food, what would you suggest?

Monolaurin caused so much yeast here that I had to stop it. I switched to OLE,

which worked well to knock back the viruses but did not eliminate them. It took

high doses of vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin D, and lysine to eliminate the

viruses.

Viral die off increases yeast, so be sure you have a good yeast protocol and be

prepared to increase it.

I don't think it matters much whether you take the OLE/monolaurin with or

without food. I did it both ways and did not notice much difference either way.

Doses of what? My message included six specific supplements.

As a general rule, I started with low doses. For anti-virals, I ended up

increasing to very high doses of most things.

I have read many emails referring to the anti-viral protocol. What does the

protocol consist of as a total? Just antivirals like acyclovir or a combo of

prescription anti-virals and natural rememdies like lauric acid and curcumin?
