Guest guest
--what state are you in? Most states have a Lyme Disease Association that can help direct you to a LLMD in your area. ER's and many hospitals in general are notorious for not knowing or caring about LD. No antibiotics...nothing but 4 hours in the ER. > I fear she is only at the beginning of the Lyme journey. She could not get her child into their pediatrician because he is now considered a new patient. He was last seen 3 years ago(he was a very healthy child). So, she has to wait till January until he can be seen by this doc. Our health system really needs help. > >
Guest guest
If it would be for me or my child I would buy immediatly MMS and etake it in anyway topically with DMSO especially on site ,orally hourly and rectally as it is like a IV ,I can while tryin gto get an appointment with a LLMD in an emergency . This not to loos a day withotu a treatment for the child. An other option is to call every dct of the area and give the deal paying by your pocket eithe ryou give to my child this teatment as a prevention of lyme iehter I do not take an apointment . I tworked for me for an other thing . KIndly Marie To: Lyme_and_Rife Sent: Wednesday, June 20, 2012 11:44 AMSubject: Re: Ot another Lyme mis diagnosis --what state are you in? Guest guest
Khaya, Thanks for your reply. I am in northeastern NC and she is in VA Beach, VA. I have found down here a severe lack of interest or knowledge about Lyme and co's. I had a doctor tell me, when my daughter was bitten, that the doctor was more worried about Mono than Lyme. I really just wanted to laugh at the ignorance of it....it is very frustrating. At least in NY I found much more awareness. > > > > Well, my friend with the two boys who were recently bitten, took one of them to the ER today after his fever spiked, pain in his spine and severe headache. > > They gave him Tylenol, assessed the physical condition and tried to dig out the head remains of one of the ticks that was still embedded. > > So, they did NO Lyme test at all and told her it was not Lyme. Guest guest
Marie, She is unfamiliar with MMS, but I am trying to introduce options to her. There is only one (yes one) " Lyme " doctor in her immediate area, and she is not taking new patients. So, we are really stuck down here as far as tick borne infections go. Thanks for your suggestions.
