Pay close attention to " Covered Benefits " wording and the " Exclusions " wording. Most insurance companies follow Medicare, if Medicare pays for it they will also pay for it. You can quote from Medicare.gov covered benefits. Look at page 42 of the Medicare & You handbook. It discusses the covered benefit for Telehealth and gives an example of what that means. In today's technology more and more people will be treated via two-way telecommunication methods for consultations.
