Bicarbonate of sodium neutralise complety acid. My father tought me an acid + a base make salt and water . Indeed it is an old fashion effective popular medecin to solve stoamc acididty to take a spoon of bicarbonate in water as many time as needed .

So often my pain issues are acidity related, that I've found Alka-seltzer Gold to be helpful. It isn't easily found among the standard Alka-Seltzer products. Amazon sells it.

I belong to a French Forum of people either very sick or very old or who love on in this situation .

Someone asked my to post any doucmentation about how ot fight pain .

I am not good at claissifying keeping and organising files . I read makes the synthesis in my head and that s it .

Thi sperson wnats to talk to his Dct about this . Alternative medecine is ignored in France very seldon used an dbasically not known .

If you would find the time to give me files and testimony of you try and success about dealing with pain it may be usefull to people in need over there .
