Guest guest
Hi we are scheduled to see Dr G on Feb 22. Through our DAN we tested my son's tigers and saw issues with mumps, rubella, and herpes. She started him on valcyclovir at 250 mg (1 tsp) a day of liquid. I have read in several places that dose for four year old is usually higher and asked our DAN about it and she said dose was fine since we are meant to do 3 months. Now I just read post about why under dosing is real problem and am really starting to worry. I should mention he saw an immediate bump up but then declined because of what I am guessing yeast overgrowth as opposed to die off. Should I push my Dan harder on this or call Dr G's office. Not sure if dr g will want to weigh in before first appt. Any guidance? Thanks
