Here's an interesting Hep B story from PubMed:

NIH publication showing vaccine tripled autism rates in male children

http://ht.ly/3GsF2

Abstract

Universal hepatitis B vaccination was recommended for U.S. newborns in 1991;

however, safety findings are mixed. Boys vaccinated as neonates had threefold

greater odds for autism diagnosis compared to boys never vaccinated or

vaccinated after the first month of life. Non-Hispanic white boys were 64% less

likely to have autism diagnosis relative to nonwhite boys. Findings suggest that

U.S. male neonates vaccinated with the hepatitis B vaccine prior to 1999 (from

vaccination record) had a threefold higher risk for parental report of autism

diagnosis compared to boys not vaccinated as neonates during that same time

period. Nonwhite boys bore a greater risk.

When I asked my pediatrician that question when my son was young; he said it's

mostly because when your baby is young, parents come in regularly for their

child's check ups but when they get older it's harder to get them back in for

their shots. He's a sweet man, but that's not a good enough reason. Wish I

knew more back then. I feel this is one of the main reasons the schedule is the

way it is today...they have to get us while they can...and of course, pharma

greed.

Okay, simple question. Why the H*** would a newborn baby need the Hep B vaccine

I am a nurse, always advocated for vaccines until my son disappeared 3 days

after his 18 month shots.

I would not vaccinate a child now until at least 4, then maybe I would be choosy

and have them very spread out. You can never tell who will regress, my son was

perfectly fine before his vaccines.

I'm not surprise by this - I've always felt that the Hep B vaccine booster

at 6 months played a role in my sons decline. And somewhere, about 12 years

ago, I read a research piece that found that Hep B and CMV reacted in vitro

to produce a nasty virus or retro-virus - back in those days I used to print

out articles like this - and do you think I can find it? I've Googled

several times and not been able to dig it up again - but if any one does

manage to find it, please post the link.

Thanks
