Doseage azithromycin Pandas?

What does DR G recommend the doseage be of azithromycin for a 150 pound child

suffering from Pandas? Does he maintain a certain doseage for a definite perod

of time like a month or two or until titers go to zero and then go to a

maintenance dose?
