OT: Shortness of breath from herx

Does anyone have any experience with shortness of breath due to a herx? My

daughter (18) has been having a herx for about 5 days with shortness of breath.

We've done the breathing into a paper bag which helps a bit. Have considered

getting an inhaler but may have a hard time " going through the hoops " with her

MD (not her LLMD)... Also has a cough, among other herx symptoms. Some of the

herxing has gotten better, but some is just hanging on... Thank you, Theresa
