OT: How long to try different supplements before giving up?

How long do folks generally try something new before they decide it's not

working for them? In my quest to be patient, I think I'm hanging on long after

I should cut bait. It's frustrating trying all of the different supplements and

hoping, praying that something will really make a difference.

I'd like to think that each thing I try is helping to rebuild the body in some

way, or is providing more detox after rifing than I'm able to notice, but I'm

just not feeling it.

Do folks generally give something a couple of weeks? A month? (Other than the

rifing, of course. I know I'm in that for the long haul.)
