Does anyone have issues with blood sugar?

I have been symptomatic and have come up

pre-diabetes on the A1c test. I don't know if

my adrenals (or something else) is causing this,

but I need to address it further.

My first BIGGEST question is how to decide

on a blood glucouse meter covered by Medicare

and have doctor write scrip for it? There are so many

meters, and I'm not sure what

the process is for acquiring. I want one that is small, accurate and can

test on arm and fingers both.

Also, I take Chromium Picolonate 200 mcg at each meal,

and have been taking Glucommanan 500 mg I think, once

per day. Any input on how to take the Glucomannan,

at same time as Chromium Pico, how much, etc?

I am doing everything I know how to do nutritionally.

I want to nip this in the bud and hopefully, prevent full

blown diabetes.

Would appreciate input, especially on meter acquisition

with Medicare.

Please email me OFFLIST to make sure I get it at:

Thanks!
