Guest guest
Hi CL, I also have an EMEM 5 machine which I have only been using since Feb. I originally started out using 432 only & got more fatigue & headaches the following 2 days, then felt better after that. But then I was rifing too often & really felt lousy every day. So when I talked to Dan Tracey, the builder, he said to rife for Lyme every 2 weeks using 432, 800, 4328 & 10K & he felt the max time to rife on each freq was 4 mins, but that his wife rifed for 8-10 mins on each freq. The last time I rifed on 4 mins each 432, 800, 4328 & 5 mins on 10K but had no reaction after. I feel like nothing's happening & alot of time is being wasted in between the every 2 week Lyme treatments. What's the max time you rife on each lyme freq? How often do you rife for Lyme & what are your best freqs? You said you use it regularly, so if you're rifing for other things, when do you do it in relation to the lyme sessions? I feel like I should be using my machine more, but am not sure when to schedule other freqs. Do you ever go beyond 20 or 25 mins on one session? I didn't really get much feedback on EMEM users when I got my machine, that is the reason for my questions. Anything you'd like to share would be appreciated. Guest guest
Hi Suzy, My first EMEM was made by Dan and I bought it because of the cost. I did see some progress with the EMEM, but I got to a place where I was no longer herxing and I was stalled. I also became very WiFi sensitive to the plasma bulb and after talking to several engineers, many of them have told me that the plasma bulb emits more dirty electricity then the hand held models. When I switched to the coil, my EMF sensitivity went away and only returns when I run the EMEM. I do think that you need to run the EMEM once a week and I would stick with only 432 and slowly ramp up just like the coilers do. When you are no longer herxing on a given amount of time add another 30-60 seconds then next time. I would work up to about 30 minutes or more. The rest of the week do a lot of detoxing and don't run the EMEM again until you feel you have rid your body of the toxins from the previous rife session. I would say depending on how long it takes your body to detox 7-10 days between rife sessions is good 2 weeks I think is too long. I now have the F117 which is a plasma device that has a grounding pad and that is slightly better as far as the EMF problem, but I am still sensitive to it, so I mainly use my F117 without the plasma bulb as a detox foot bath. > > > > In response to the query about the > > EMEM machine... > > > > I have been using and EMEM 5 machine since > > 2008. Guest guest
, I originally only used 432 when I started rifing. But each time I spoke with Dan he just kept saying use all four freqs. He also said that 4 mins each is the max to rife on lyme freqs. Because he seems to be healed from lyme (he works 6 days a week), I figured I better do what he says. Yesterday I rifed for 5 mins on the 3 lyme freqs & 7 mins on 10K. Within about 3 or 4 mins of starting, my headache got a little worse, but other than that, I'm not getting a herx. (Is a headache right away a symptom of EMF sensitivity?) I had a barley grass drink right after & that seemed to help the headache subside a little. I'm not even sure I can tell what herxing feels like. When I rife for lyme only on 432, I would get more fatigue & worse headaches for the next 2 days & then feel better the 3rd day. But lately, since said to rife for lyme only every 2 weeks, on the week in-between, I have been rifing for dental foci & I had severe increased post-nasal drip for days after (could that be a herx?). The same problem I've been having is not being able to make a clear determination between a herx and the regular lyme symptoms. I have so many symptoms it's hard to tell. I'll just have to continue to experiment, that's the only way. If you're saying that about 30 mins on 432 is a decent goal, then I'm still a long ways off. Thanks very much for your info.
