Guest guest
Hi Shona, Dr. Goldberg continues to evolve his diet and strategies for patients who are still struggling with certain labs. Rice, never whole grain, may be okay for some, but for others with a high IgE, or high eosinophils for example, Dr. G has recently realized that many of his patients are doing better without rice, even white rice and also corn. As you well know, this isn't a one size fits all treatment. I know it is frustrating, but I am pleased that Dr. G continues to modify and try, try, try to work with some folks who just can`t get certain labs within normal or acceptable levels. Hope this helps! Lori _____ From: [mailto: ] On Behalf Of Shona Jordan Sent: January-22-11 10:29 AM Subject: (unknown) I'm confused. He always told us that medium grain white rice was o.k. to use. We eat it once or twice a week. Shona Jordan
