What I learned today

.... someday there will be no more suprises...

1) I learned my mother had affairs when married to my dad.

2) I learned my dad knew about them because she used them as a

weapon.

3) I learned my mother wouldn't take 'my calls' when off with these

men... when I was 2 - 4 years old.

4) I learned my mother told her sister (when I was 10) that I was

being abused by their cousin for the last several years.

5) I learned that my mother also slept with this cousin of hers.

6) I learned that my mother repeatedly tried to kill herself when

she was pregnant with me.

All this from my aunt with whom I've been talking to for the last

couple of months (after being estranged for 10 years because of

mom). I sent my aunt the BPD info... took her 2 weeks to come up

for air... she see's it.

I pray that some day the shocks won't hurt so bad.
