I usually set my machine at 13 amps because the coil will last longer. He does not require this. I asked him about it and he said 15 max but lower is fine. However that does weaken the power somewhat. Some of what you said Tara are apparently not concerns with my machine. I turn the amps fairly slow but definitely not 8 secs of time to do it ( says VERY slowly but I think I go faster than VERY). My gain knobs are always full on position as instructed by in his operating manual. So I do think they are slightly different. Or maybe it is just preference by the maker of the machines. I assume everything is running properly. Nothing has exploded yet. It did by accident turn up my amps before setting the capacitor switches and my gain knobs went crazy. I don't think there was any damage but I never did that again. > > > > > > > > > > > >
