Guest guest
We just finished my son's course of anti fungal (fluconozole). Our dan he should just do for a month. Is it bad to go off antifungals for a few days? just wondering if I should refill via our Dan right now since we are going to start a new protocol with dr g. We are seeing dr g for the first time next week. Will he use the testing that we have already done and work with what we have started as far as valtrex and fluconozole go? Guest guest
It's not great to stop it, and maybe he would extend it just long enough to get there? If not, it's not a crisis - you'll probably just start on a different one like Nizoral once you get there. But I would express concern to the DAN! doc about resistance from stopping it. They don't tend to be too concerned about that, and they also often under-dose it. It won't be the end of the world - not the best thing, but you'll get past it. Plenty of us have stopped and started, especially me before I could get under the care of Dr . I stopped & started and was under-dosed difucan many times and yet it still works for me. No worries.
