Lena,

Aren't you the lucky one that can sweat. I'd rather be able to sweat & take

minerals then not be able to sweat & detox easier. I have been taking 99 mg

potassium & maybe it would help with the charley-horse type of spasm, it won't

with these other lumps. I have all the books on triggerpoints, believe me, &

have endured painful triggerpoint injections myofascial release massage all in

vain. Nothing gets rid of them & I continue to get more in different places.

Maybe it's a Lyme or cos symptom that I don't know about. The painful lumps

started in 1986 when I was hurt during an exam by a chiropracter. After that I

was always given the dx fibromyalgia. I don't believe in that word though. All

it means to me is that the cause hasn't been determined yet. At this point, I

have basically given up trying to find out what the cause is because it's a

hopeless case. I can only hope as I get more toxins out, maybe the condition

will get better. Thanks for the tips.

Susie

with a lot of muscle pain over the years and has done everything to try to help.

She has just started taking this and she said it has really really helped. I

have started having horrible lower back muscle tightening and it has caused a

lot of leg achiness, tingling and heavyness. Today is especially bad. I did do a

mere 30sec for Bart yesterday and maybe that is part of the problem however this

symptom started after a cold in January. It's just getting worse now.
