I was very nervous when I first started

coiling (especially placing it near my head and eyes; now I wear it like

a hat!), I found someone who lived neared me that had one, and he was kind

enough to let me borrow his, and he guided me gently on how to use it (not

abuse it) I slowly saw improvements, I couldn't believe it, (I was afraid

to invest more money into this horrible disease, and every penny is precious

to me these days, so I didn't want to waste anymore money) I had been on

this board for almost 2 years and was skeptical and scared, and after trying

it, I started feeling better slowly, it didn't happen over night, but it

is happening.

I've been coiling for a year now, when

I started out I had a lot of head and body neuro problems, skin crawling,

tingling, strange rashes, blisters in my mouth, swallowing problems, air

hunger, foot pain, muscle spasms, all of this has gone away. I've gotten

off some med's that I was on, I still have issues that might not even be

lyme/co related; I'm just plugging away slowly on different feq's, diet

(is very important), exercise, detoxing, etc. I knew when I started, this

was going to be a long journey, and I'm not rushing thru it.

I don't take any pharma or natural abx's

while coiling to ensure that I am not encysting anything. I do take

binders for detoxing, and lumbrokinase to breakup biofilms.

I'm not trying to counsel, just sharing

my experience.

Thank you both for your replys.I am a bit nervous about rifing but i guess

thats the norm.

I was also a bit skepticle but in the condition i am in

i dont know what other avenues to take as nothing seems to help me and

i have gotten worse..Have you both seen substancial improvement? And should

i not be taking samento or japanese knotweed as these are both natural

antibiotics? So many questions i know and any feedback i can get is deeply

appreciated.

I had a lot of neuro problems and perh. neurop. in my legs, etc. I started

on Lyme 432 stayed on that for months, I started at 3 sec's on my stomach,

I herxed on 3 sec's for a week, did it again the next week for 3 sec's,

still herxed, I slowly built up. I had been on abx's for years prior to

that and it encysted everything, so once I was off the abx's, all h*ll

broke lose, so I would go slow b/c there can be a lot of die off, and I

would not coil your head starting out. It took me months before

I coiled my head. I am a year into coiling and just added a 3rd feq.

in, and I still herx. Everyone is different, some people don't get

any herx's, but I got slammed, pace not race.

mostly severe neuro symptoms. My western blot igm is showing 2 outta three

positive. My questions here is that normal? And also i am purchasing a doug

coil machine to hopefully eradicate these neuro symtoms..I am taking Samento

to start coiling on my head first?Or would it really exasperate my symptoms?

Hi TB,

The last thing you want to do having Lyme is accepting steroid treatments...

They lower the immune system and allow pathogens to reproduce much faster...

This is strongly reinforced by Dr. Burrascano, a highly respected LLMD, now

retired

from practice and now a Lyme researcher...

It was steroids that eventually brought me to chronic neuro Lyme, after each

treatment (I had two), more and more Lyme symptoms surfaced...

Take care,

Jim
