It would be very hard. You would need to limit the fruits, so that would mean

lots of vegetables and beans and lentils. I do not believe Dr G is specifically

against it.

I'm not the doctor or expert, but it seems like vegetarian should be fine if

you don't use dairy, rice or other grains. Legumes and vegetables are fine.

I personally won't use soy for my family, just one of the reasons being that

the soy protein is almost identical to bovine protein.
