Guest guest
It would be very hard. You would need to limit the fruits, so that would mean lots of vegetables and beans and lentils. I do not believe Dr G is specifically against it. Guest guest
I'm not the doctor or expert, but it seems like vegetarian should be fine if you don't use dairy, rice or other grains. Legumes and vegetables are fine. I personally won't use soy for my family, just one of the reasons being that the soy protein is almost identical to bovine protein. Is it possible to follow protocol with the vegetarian diet? Will Dr G allow this? Is anybody on vegetarian diet & following NIDA protocol? Thanking in advance, Madhuri
