I know that my teeth marks are not from cletching because I wear a nightguard

every night. I also do not have a B12 deficiency. I think it has more to do with

Eastern Philosophy with medicine, but not sure what exactly it is for me.

night.  A nightguard would help although I personally can't sleep with one.  I

also wake up with jaw pain sometimes.  The other indicator of clenching at night

is a white line along the inside of the cheek.  Sometimes mine gets very

irritated as well.  I find I clench more at night when I am in pain i.e. from my

gerd or my numerous other issues.

B12 can look high in the bloodstream but not be available to the tissues. So if you are tested it will look normal, but you can still have a deficiency. The marks in the tongue are a clue. A lot of MS-like symptoms can point to B12 def. too. Maybe get your methylation checked out.

Here is a great article on teeth marks on the tongue which confirms what my

acupuncturist told me about it being a spleen chi deficiency --

The link below did not work because a period was added to the end of it, a

common

mistake...

Here is the correct link:

Hi ,

Try this lnk... Meo had added a period to the end of the URL and it will stop it

from opening every time...
