Guest guest
I know that my teeth marks are not from cletching because I wear a nightguard every night. I also do not have a B12 deficiency. I think it has more to do with Eastern Philosophy with medicine, but not sure what exactly it is for me. Blessings, Meo > > I was told the the ridges around the tongue were actually from clenching at night. A nightguard would help although I personally can't sleep with one. I also wake up with jaw pain sometimes. The other indicator of clenching at night is a white line along the inside of the cheek. Sometimes mine gets very irritated as well. I find I clench more at night when I am in pain i.e. from my gerd or my numerous other issues. >
Guest guest
B12 can look high in the bloodstream but not be available to the tissues. So if you are tested it will look normal, but you can still have a deficiency. The marks in the tongue are a clue. A lot of MS-like symptoms can point to B12 def. too. Maybe get your methylation checked out. Sincerely,Robin Little I know that my teeth marks are not from cletching because I wear a nightguard every night. I also do not have a B12 deficiency.
