Guest guest
Yeah susie, I can relate .I recently went to a new chiropractor and hemessed up by back and Ihave had a half dozen sessions with my usual chiropractor to try to fix what ever it was he did.Im on the mend, from that one bad experience. If you can afford it, tone carries this massage tool with 2 bumps on it that vibrate at a high rate.It helps loosen muscle , I usually use mine on the highest vibration setting as the thumping settings dont do me much good. This is a cheap version of a tool called The Thumper, and its simply a vibrating massage tool.janOT: Re: Back spasms -Susie Posted by: "tim2buk" tim2buk@... tim2buk Date: Tue Jun 26, 2012 2:01 pm ((PDT))Jan,Unfortunately, going to a chiropractor in 1986 was what started the shoulder blade spasms in the first place. I was hurt during the exam, developed upper back pain & over the years the spasms have spread to all 4 quadrants of the body. I even broke down & went to see other chiropractors after that in hopes that they could fix what was wrong, but nothing ever helped, only aggravated it. I use the tennis ball trick only for behind my neck when I get a headache. I can't use it for my spine because it's too hard to roll it up & down. The high-bounce ball works best for me. And of course the old stand-by, a heating pad. It's not much, but it's better than nothing.Susie "Im not trying to counsel any of you to do anything really special, except to dare to think, and to dare to go with the truth ,and to dare to love completely." -R.
