Got ingraned into life thru " wisdom to know now the difference " .funily enough i dont have substance abuse issue . But the thing he spoke abt addiction could be applied to any thing( is not habitual behaviour another name for addiction?). You will not learn what six process of ACT but oddily enough u will be doing it. To summaries its poetry of writing.i felt the wholeness of life.
