Hi, I take serrapetase - 120,000 IU - I was first told that the ILADS LLMD's instruct to take that dose 2 x's a day but, the herxing was really strong....so I take it once a day instead - hope this helps.I think the dose is important to the effects.

Marie anything that dissolves biofilms is potentially a cyst buster because it is biofilms that make up the outer parts of the lyme cyst.I have herxed with Terminalia yes ,as long as I am also taking herbs that kill the lyme,bcyst busting causes the lyme to come into the bloodstream where treatments can reach it better
