Guest guest
EIght and a half years ago, I did not provide hospital birth records for my son. I did provide an exctensive history however that did include my recollection although no specific test results aside from my sons APGAR numbers. Perhaps you should call the office and confirm whether they are necessary. Best of luck! Guest guest
Same with us. We provided all private and school reports like speech and behavior, including the first diagnosis. And complete medical records from his pediatricians, but not the hospital. Guest guest
Thanks everyone for your answers! After I got my son's first pediatrician's records, I realized the hospital records were in there too anyway...so whether he needs them or not, he has them. ________________________________ From: Argie Olivo <golivo@...> Sent: Tue, February 15, 2011 10:48:00 PM Subject: Re: Dr Goldberg patients - question Same with us.
