ok lets see if i have this right i should take something like pinella wait 45 minutes then take something like activated charcol?Was taking burbur but on further research its also antimicrobial.Tryed jernigans neuro detox and it made me very lightheaded and unsteady on my feet more so than i been.This is so overwhelming at times.Subject: Re: can detoxing make
