You want to take probiotics a good 2 hours away from antibiotics. It's fine

to give antifungals and probiotics close together, they shouldn't give an

issue unless it's too hard for your childs gut.

The antibiotic will kill the probiotics. I always give the antibiotic, then

2 or more hours later the probiotics to replenish the gut with the good

bugs.

You should take both hours after taking the AbX - I do it at least 2 hours or

more after taking the AbX

I think it's 2 hrs before or 2 hrs after, your choice...

BTW, if you have a strong PANDAS kid (ocd & anxiety maybe tics), be careful of

which probiotic, maybe stick to a single strain like kyodophilus.
