Hello, Do any of you make your own oil spray? I was just looking online and saw a recipe which calls for boiling water with flakes. Is it necessary to boil it? Wouldn't they just dissolve in the water? It looks to be much more cost effective to make your own spray.

Thanks for the info. and link....I was wondering about the difference myself, with the mag. baths my son and I are taking! I feel better using the mag. chloride. Jodie L.
