Guest guest
Hi, I started w/3 sec's, 1 time a week on my gut for 1 month, then went to 5 sec's - yippie, then slowly built up over time. Everyone is different, and we all have different loads/infections. I've heard of people doing 30 - 60 min's on a freq. and nothing happens, I can do it for 3 sec's and I'm sick for a week - go figure. I am still going slow.... alicia From: Prickly Pear To: Lyme_and_Rife Date: 06/27/2012 08:29 PM Subject: starting with coil Sent by: Lyme_and_Rife Hi -- I just wrote in about possibly trying an EMEM machine as a gentler alternative to the coil. I have a coil machine, but I was getting blown out on 30 sec treatments. we even reduced the power a bit to 12 - 13 amps, and it is still strong. I just read another womans' post that she started with very short treatment times ( like 3 sec?).. Wondering if in addition to looking into the EMEM perhaps simply shortening my treatment times ( to say 10 sec) would be a good way to start. I kept thinking i had to treat for at least 30 sec to create movement, but maybe not. thanks very much for any feedback Any U.S. tax advice contained in the body of this e-mail was not intended or written to be used, and cannot be used, by the recipient for the purpose of avoiding penalties that may be imposed under the Internal Revenue Code or applicable state or local tax law provisions. ________________________________________________________________________ The information contained in this message may be privileged and confidential and protected from disclosure. Guest guest
congrats to you alicia for finding and trusting your riuht rhythm..it's a weird thing to hear of people coiling for like hours and then a few seconds is almost too much;it took my mind a while to grasp that range ( compared to an hour 30 sec is like nothing, so I couldn't believe it was affecting me so much).. thanks for sharing your experience : ) Hi, I started w/3 sec's, 1 time a week on my gut for 1 month, then went to 5 sec's - yippie, then slowly built up over time.
