Guest guest
When I go outside in cold weather (and it doesn't have to be extreme--for example 54 degrees), the cold starts at my feet and works it's way up my body, then I feel frozen. Every part of my body feels soooo cold--even the inside of my mouth, nose, and eyeballs. It takes awhile to get my body temperature back up--I have to turn the heat up real high in my house, put on either a sweater or big bulky bathrobe, put on my heavy duty sleepers, and get under a heavy blanket. All this besides having on pants, shirt, and a sweatshirt or sweater already. What really gets me is that I've gained so much weight after taking the AD and you would think with all this fat I would be warm all the time.
