Guest guest
Sorry to jump in late on this. I can't read the list everyday or the entire thing, due to my fatigue and the formating of the list having to scroll down through the list to find messages, rather than being able to click on the posts at the top and jump to messages like other lists. Maybe not everyone receives it in this format, but I do.... I love the list and the people here, don't get me wrong but this feature makes it harder for me to read it. Anyways, regarding EMEM RIFING questions: I rife weekly for Lyme and co-infections. I only use ONE frequency per infection. The time I stay on frequency is what I have worked out for me, but usually not more than one minute as this does the job without giving me big herxes. I do not feel I have to herx from Rife for it to be effective. I have been rifing since 2008 with the EMEM5. In the beginning, I started very slowly by literally staying on each freq 10 secs. I herxed big from this. I increased as time went by and also figured out how long to stay on freqs without herxing, or at least just a low level herx for me, i.e. inflammation, increased fatigue which usually passes in a day. Many people feel that rifing more than weekly for Bartonella (Bart) is necessary. This may be true. For me once weekly is what I can do. As I recall Dan T's instructions were to start bi-weekly in the beginning, but not nec stay with that over the long haul, but don't quote me. He is only giving guidelines based on his experience I think. Everyone has to figure out what works for them. I personally do think that at least weekly is needed to keep the bugs down. After a much used freq doesn't seem to be effective, I switch to another. But again, I do not do multiple frequencies for the tick infections. One per infection. I also rife for Candida, parasites, h.pylori and other things. With these such as Candida I do multiple freqs, as instructed in the CAFL, it just depends. I go by the effects of the sessions. I usually do these on a diff day than the tick rifing as it overheats the bulb and also has more effects on me at present. If I notice the bulb getting too hot, I turn it off right away. My machine seems like to go for 20 mins tops without bulb heating up. Hope this clarifies. If you have questions, please EMAIL ME OFFLIST to make sure I get it at: cronelesbo@...
