i am using pinella and the Gluconmannan and drinking 90 ozs of water and i am feeling very lightheaded the last time i coiled was on the 5th.

Did you check your blood pressure ?you can do this in most publix

I tryed every detox other used and it di dnto work fo rme the colonics and colema took me out of the forest. My husband too he doe snot like this but when he is really out I insis ton

him doing it and he gets better in one to 3 day sof doing aenemas .

Did you try ?

you may check also you blood sugar withotu going to the lab. Just do you feel better after the breackfast or not ?

if the anser is yes then i tmay be usefull to check if you do no thave low blood sugar. low blood sugar and low blood pressure makes you faint with our hromones all messed up we get into thoses alignements too

hi jan i took pinella early this morning then 45 minutes later took activated charcol 2 pills i been drinking lotsa water and taking the activated charcol between meals so far i have taken it twice today.I cant believe had bad i am still feeling the last time i coiled was on the 5th maybe i am going to fast with it..I am so lightheaded when i try to walk anywhere feel like i could pass out any minute i also have headaches in the front of my head and my eyes hurt

i checked my blood sugar b4 breakfast it was 70 after i ate it was 90 my blood pressure has been kinda low for me sometimes it goes to 106 over 63-64 but that i dunt think should be making me feel this way

Ok it is too low you need 12 try this put a 1/2 of a tea spoon salt in water and a tea spoon of honey or maple syrup drink it and see if it gets better.

this should provide a little boost to your blood pressure and to your blood sugar . within 10 mn to 15 mn if there is jus ta little bit of improvement it is already an indication le tme know

yes I am 5.8 and with 100 I faint i feel weak at 110 and not fainting anymore at 120 ( 12 )

if you feel better after the salt and honey if you wish here is what I do for myself I bought licorice wood it is cheap and I boil it with water or shew it for the low blood pressure and for the low glycemia I add to this tea some gensing ( chinese grocery shop ). the tast is grate and it keeps me out of the faintness of these two conditions .

I have low blood pressure and often get pain behind eyes and dizzy when herxing and head pressure and feel like vomiting.When I herx my body grab all available fluid to dump toxins and it usually makes my blood pressure dive.. I drink like crazy, but that is not enough as the lost of body salts contributes to dizzy feeling.I now add in salt to hold fluid in my body and even take hydrolite sometimes.  If you add a tablespoon of juice to your water to seems to hit your system faster and hold a little better too.  I use an non steroidal anti inflammatory to control head pressure too.  A coffee 9brewed only helps my blood pressure too. Detoxing can make you feel terrible. I particularly have a herx type reaction

in the infrared Sauna. I use testing vials and figured out I was having issues

with heavy metals and pesticides. Which means the sauna must be stirring them

up and I am probably sweating them out. I also get herx type reactions to

coffee enemas if I don't use a lot of binders. If you do any of the metal

detoxers, you will feel like you are herxing too.

Fo rthe low blood pressure I take licorice peace of wood i boil in water and I add ginseng tea ot this tea it is delicious and it relive me from faintg from low bloo dpressure and low blood sugar. I take also armor thyroid as I have a low thryoid that may be the reason why I have these low blood sugar and low blood pressure. iodine is a good feed for the thyroid I use to take 10 drops a day up to 20 bu tit is a killer of pathogene too so I rmaped up slowly slowly .

For as the detox the colema doe smakes me feel better every time not immediatly the day after or after a few hours and if it is not the case I do it agian the day after and it is ok then ther esi the 2 days liver flush we can do twice a month that is as effective even more but require a emanema before and after it is epson salt lemon juice fasting one day and grape fruit juice oilive oil if you wish to try it empry the colon and the billiary ducts reliveing the liver allwing it to do a much better job right after .The reis the receipy somewhere here on the forum they call it liver cleanse or liver flush

jan i took pinella early this morning then 45 minutes later took activated charcol 2 pills i been drinking lotsa water and taking the activated charcol between meals so far i have taken it twice today.I cant believe had bad i am still feeling the last time i coiled was on the 5th maybe i am going to fast with it..I am so lightheaded when i try

Hi Jan someone recommended asking my doc for welchol to give it a try.My Doc prescribed it .Do you have any feed back on its use?

Hey. You should try raising your blood pressure the old fashioned way, salt and

other electrolytes, coconut water, etc. Also maybe a whole food multi vitamin

might help. probably its mostly the herx, but this stuff is definately worth

trying. Potentially very important

sweating is ruff when youre herxin hard like that, but I find it really helps in

the end. Even I find it is absolutely nessisary to do every five days or so no

matter how much other detoxing I do. I personally rage the hot epsom salt,

baking soda, vineger, ginger bath. I doubt they stay in cyst long because of

heat, which is passing. Anywy, like I said, I have no choice, once Im doing

better I will switch to hot yoga, there are several good facilities near me.

Hi Jim,Where do you buy Glucomman? I'm back your neck of the woods in Ponte Vedra for summer. Thought it was a therapeutic place to being my kids' and my rife journey. So far so so. But nothing worthwhile ever comes easy so I'll pushing through it. Welchol and Glucomman are very similar, Welchol is a drug, Glucommanan is a supplement..

The drug will cost you more, has side effects and Glucomannan does not seem to have any side effects and it is very reasonably priced...
