Guest guest
Terry I contacted Dr C's office about two years ago. Her credentials list Lyme but was told she was working predominately with MS patients so I did not see her. I would be interested to hear if she has shifted her focus. I have not been able to find a LLMD on Long Island. I use an alternative care practitioner in addition to Rife and MMS. Have recently felt I would like to see a doctor who could assist with pain management. I would appreciate hearing your impressions. You can contact me directly if you do not wish to post to the group. Thanks Edie > > Has anyone seen her and if so what was your experience?Shes suppose to be an expert in neuro lyme amoung other things.I am suppose to see her on the 12th at Stonybrooke Long Island > Terry >
Guest guest
Hi Edie I have an appointment with her on Thurs. Av friend of mine is a pharm rep and knows her personally and told her whats going on with me..I dont have MS as this was ruled out through numerous MRIS and 3 spinals.Neurologically i am a mess i am always lightheaded feel like i am gonna faint and my balance is off quite a bit.I also get pain and pressure in my head.My mris are showing numerous white spots that noone has thus bar been able to answer..My lyme western blot is positive igm only with bands 23 and 41 same thing last year when i was tested.IGG never sero converts which is a mystery.I live in upstate N.Y. in Dutchess County if you know where that is.I was seeing Dr Bock up here but i think i might make an appointment with horowitz as hes actually closer than Bock hes like 30 minutes from me. This is all so very discouraging at times especially since last jan this time my life was so different.Where on the Island are yoiu at? Guest guest
Terry I live approximately in the middle of the south shore of Long Island; just over the Suffolk/Nassau Counties border. Stonybrook is relatively close; about a 45 min drive. That is why I searched doctors affiliated with Stonybrook University Hospital when I began to suspect Lyme was the cause of my long term symptoms. My suggestion to contact me directly was made because I thought we were supposed to be cautious about using doctor's in this group. Hope your visit is productive; I know you are traveling a distance.
