Guest guest
Hello, I have contacted both offices and received the new patient intake forms. I really like that Dr. provides the orders for the lab tests up front so that the labs can be completed and discussed prior to the first appointment. However, I am wondering how insurnace will cover this, especially since the list of labs has procedure codes only, NOT diagnostic codes. Don't you need both? Also, can all of the labs be drawn at one time? I cannot imagine the local labs here actually handling this amount of testing without mistakes. Finally, does anyone have experience with SONORA QUEST with these labs? Also I am wondering, for a child that likely has PANDAS & /or PITANDS and has had some treament biomedically with somewhat positive results, is one doctor better than the other? Thanks in advance for any insight/advice you can provide.
Guest guest
My lab orders from Dr Rsusell had the diagnosis code at the bottom. 29somthing.something.... Depending on your benefits, all of those labs should be covered as long as you're using immune dysfunction etc codes. ________________________________ From: Ranee <rfear@...> Sent: Tue, February 8, 2011 2:29:05 PM Subject: Question about insurance coverage for labs and also or Goldberg?  Hello, I have contacted both offices and received the new patient intake forms.
