Guest guest
If I see some good reports, eventually we will probably buy a MOPA too. Guest guest
I recently tried my MOPA, and I have to say that it seemed to give me the same results as the SR-4 amplifier on the GB4000 except it was a noticably stronger reaction. I did the 4 hour full rife frequency session listed in the manual instead of the typical 1-2 hours that I typically do on the SR-4, so perhaps some of that was due to the increased exposure time. One thing for sure, when I got it tuned and I started the treatment, I could definitely feel it was there working.... Plus, I like that I don't have to hold on to anything, or sit still, but I could feel the power diminish noticeably as I stepped away from the bulb. I can't wait to try the Lyme channels/frequencies on it. I for one am glad I got it. I don't like what the SR-4 does to my laptops & monitors. One monitor, a 'touch' type from Samsung totally quit working while in the office when it was connected to the laptop I was working on. Even after I disconnected it from the laptop & plugged it in stand-alone, it wouldn't work. So, I took it home (no rife machine there) & figured I'd plug it in one last time before I send it back for warranty repair, and it worked - go figure. I was working on a different laptop/monitor when I did the MOPA but didn't see any issues there - but it wasn't the touch type either. Guest guest
Hello Jim T, Thank you for the useful info on the MOPA. Please keep us updated as you try it for Lyme; your inputs are a big help. These are the kinds of details that help us understand what happens when the MOPA is used. Could you please explain a little more about the SR-4 and your laptop and monitor? Are you saying that they didn't work after they were in the presence of an active GB-4000 - SR-4 combo? And in a different environment they worked? I use the GB - SR-4 combo about 10 feet from a PC Computer - 20 " Monitor set, and never had such a problem. How close was your laptop to the GB - SR-4 combo when both operated? Thanks again. Guest guest
Adam, I know I wasn't real clear on that - sorry. I work on multiple laptops for a living, so I figured, why not Rife while I work. So, I'm actually in contact with the laptops while I'm Rifing. I've been using Tens unit pads (2"x2") hooked up to the GB4000/SR-4. I put one on each wrist, and one on each foot. As restrictive as that seems, it allows me to move around for a few feet (yea - I look like a freak with the wires/pads on me walking around). Rarely do I feel any 'warmth' from any of them, so don't think there is much danger of getting burned from them. My LLMD uses wet towels, maybe I ought to try them and see if they work better. But, one of my laptops, an HP has a metalized (or metal) palm rest. When I'm Rifing on the SR-4, it feels really weird, almost slippery. Turn off the rifing and it feels normal - almost like brushed stainless. So, probably not the smartest thing to be rifing while I'm using laptops, but I haven't seen any issues with the non-metalized ones, so I think that might be the issue. If I setup a grounding pad I'd probably be okay. As for the MOPA, I will probably try that in a couple of days, time permitting. I will run Lyme & a couple of other things and post the results. Guest guest
Hi again, Jim T, With the metalized palmrest laptops, there may be some continuity with the computer innards when you have the GB connected to your wrist. Since you had problems, probably best to avoid that arrangement. When it comes to the delicate solid state electronic components, it's best not to introduce risks (using the laptop in a way it was not intended to be used). Yes, it's recommended to have wet contacts (wet cotton sleeve over the conductors). Hope that helps. Good luck.
