Guest guest Posted January 10, 2008 Report Share Posted January 10, 2008 I went to my doctor yesterday and i brought a pain chart with me. ( thanks to this group ) I was taking 5 percocet a day. She said that was to much as percocet is very addictive, so she started me on 12 hour morphine, and 15 mg of morphine every 4 to 6 hours. I started them yesterday, and so far no pain relief, and i get a metal taste in my mouth. does it take a while for this medicine to work? Is percocet really stonger than morphine?
