That is easy to answer....unfortunately. What causes ulcers?

I have only had one person over about the last ten years answer that correctly.

Even two days ago, I was having a conversation with a friend. She said she had

ulcers. She said she had to relax more. That was her solution.

Try it yourself. Ask friend, family what causes ulcers. Answer you get?

Stress

Now Google ulcers. What do you see? 90% of ulcers are caused by one

bacteria: H. Pylori. One simple treatment. Anti-biotics.

A doctor back in the 80's suspected it was this bacteria causing ulcers. So

he fixed up a batch, and literally drank it. He got ulcers. He took his

antibiotic and cured his ulcers. No one would listen to him for ten years.

Then in the mid-90's a prestigious doctor that was thought highly of by his

colleagues, got up at a medical conference and told them point blank, you have

to listen to what this doctor did and start prescribing anti-biotics for ulcers.

How many people here use a protocol for their condition, for 3 months?

A protocol is just a system of day in and day out habits. Logged. Just like

nurses log what actions they take for patients. Just like airline pilots ( as

intelligent as they are) log what actions they take during a flight and also

their actions are now logged electronically.

Without a protocol ( followed religiously) for 3 months and logging, all we

do is go in circles. Grabbing the next supplement or treatment that comes along

and " hoping " it will be a panacea or silver bullet.

Protocols give answers, not doctors, supplements or hope.

Until I learned this lesson, I was mired in CFS for a long, long time. Once I

started using a protocol, , logging my approach-daily, I found my way. Which

was to defeat inflammation. That is why I came to this site.

Emotion and logic have to work together. Emotion gets us started. The

protocol is the logic and science.

It doesn't take years to get better. McCarthy's son was better in 3

months. Dan Marino's son got better. I have seen many actors/actresses get

better over the years.

Determine your protocol, supplements and all actions to be taken daily

including.

Get a log book. Put down your protocol and log it daily for 3 months.

You can stay in the flock or use your protocol and log book to fly.

Good luck my friends:
